These stickers can be printed at home on sticker paper. If desired, you can cut them into circles using a circle cutter. Both items can be found in online shops and in stationery stores.
I've included black-text-on-white-paper versions (which require much less ink) as well as the originals.
You might consider investing in a thermal printer (around 150€) which can print black and white using only heat, no ink. Movement Against Antisemitism also has more black and white sticker files.
